Business Development Manager
Location: Manchester
The Role:
* Opportunity to join as a 180-consultant focusing on Business Development
* Proactively sourcing new clients through; cold calling, email and LinkedIn outreach and creating long lasting relationships.
* Managing the full sales cycle from initial outreach through to negotiation and closing.
* Opportunity for someone to join and have fast progression into leadership if desired.
* Continue to build and expand the accounts won.

The Ideal Candidate:
* 12+ months experience winning new business in recruitment.
* Experience within permanent Tech recruitment would be advantageous.
* You must enjoy a collaborative and team focused environment and look to lead from the front.
* You must be commutable to the office in Didsbury 3-5 days a week minimum.

* Salary dependent on experience and an uncapped commission-based OTE with accelerators (Basic varies from £24,500-£32,000).
