We are currently recruiting for an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead the kitchen brigade at this fantastic, independently owned brasserie-style restaurant serving modern British cuisine.
With a strong focus on seasonal produce sourced from across the UK, this is an exciting opportunity to take the lead in a quality-driven kitchen committed to maintaining 2 AA Rosette standards.
As Head Chef, you will oversee the preparation and service of food, ensuring exceptional quality, consistency and leadership at all times.

The Person
The successful Head Chef will:
Have solid experience within a fresh food, quality-led kitchen
Have a minimum of 2 years experience at Head Chef level in a similar environment
Be experienced in high-volume, upscale dining operations
Demonstrate a proven track record of leading, motivating and developing a brigade
Have a positive, hands-on leadership style
Be fully flexible across day, evening and weekend shifts
Live locally or have reliable access to the venue
