The practice offers core legal services such as private client, property and family law from all of their offices whilst each office is active in their respective communities. The firm believes strongly in supporting and encouraging their staff with ongoing training to support their growth.The RoleThis is a full time role in the Property team overseen by the managing partner and employing other experienced property solicitors. This role is based in the residential team and requires the Residential Property Lawyer to manage a mixed case load of residential property transactions including freehold, leasehold, sales, purchases and remortgages of house, flats and country estates with minimal supervision.The CandidateA qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 3 years PQE in residential conveyancing, must be able to demonstrate detailed knowledge and technical expertise in dealing with a mixed residential property case load, with minimum supervision. The successful candidate will need to generate new referrals and help evolve a marketing strategy.Salary dependent upon experience.
