Youll be joining our business as a key member of the Depot Management team. TheOperationsManageris responsible for the performance of theoperation whilst proactively seeking ways to improve cost, service & operational efficiency.
As the Operations Manager you will be responsible for motivating your staff, problem solving on a day to day basis and operationally. Each Depot has challenges, but youll have an experienced central team, senior Managers as well as peer mentorship to support you; this support will enable you to meet your potential and grow your experience.
To support our operation and manage your site fully, We are looking for someone who is flexible, But more importantly you must be able to make operational and strategic decisions at pace and have the self-belief to commit to a plan of action. This is a 5/7 role start time is07:00 to 17:00 with flexibility needed.
