National Account Manager
On site role (5 days in office) - Leeds
Up to £65,000 basic salary (depending on experience)
£6k Car allowance

We’re working with an established Leeds-based food manufacturer known for crafting high-quality, wholesome products loved by retailers and food service providers across the UK.
The Role
Our client is seeking a National Account Manager to manage and grow the retail accounts such as Asda, M&S and more in support of delivering the long-term business goals.
Key responsibilities
1. Manage day-to-day relationships with major retail accounts.
2. Deliver volume, margin, and growth targets through effective account planning and joint business plans.
3. Work collaboratively with NPD, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to bring new products to market and ensure seamless delivery.
4. Negotiate pricing, promotions, and trading terms in line with company strategy.
5. Analyse category and sales data to identify growth opportunities and recommend actions.
6. Ensure all product launches and range reviews are delivered on time and in full.
7. Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions.
