Established in excess of 20+ years, our client is a small, close-knit team with a very family-focused ethos who exist to support the ongoing successes of their clients.
The Role:
* Reporting to back office manager.
* Planning labour & transport.
* Preparing/processing pick lists.
* Managing production plan for in-house assembly.
* Receive, check, record and file all sign-off documentation.
* Assisting in the progression of health, safety & CDM documentation.
* Updating company skills matrix and arranging refresher training as required.
* Booking in warehouse receipts (Good In).
* Preparation of delivery notes / shipping documentation / customs clearance paperwork (Goods Out).
* Looking after company fleet (repairs, servicing etc).
* Other administrative tasks.
* Working pattern Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:00.
The Ideal Candidate:
* IT literate and experienced in using Microsoft 365.
* Energetic.
* Good team player.
* Well organised.
* Motivated.
* Aside from basic skill set required to fulfil the above, training will be provided.
* Most important quality: Must have a good sense of humour!!!
