Shift Patterns and Pay Rates: Nightshift (£40.54 Umbrella / up to £33.92 PAYE) or Dayshift (£32.40 Umbrella / up to £27.11 PAYE)
Contract Length: Long-term, until Summer 2026

Were working with a leading motorsport team that is looking for experienced F1 Laminators to join on a long-term contract, with both day and night shifts available.
Youll come from a background in F1, motorsport, or advanced composite manufacturing, this is your chance to work on cutting-edge components in a fast-paced, precision-driven environment.
What will I be doing?
As an F1 Laminator, youll be responsible for the lay-up and preparation of pre-preg carbon fibre parts to exacting tolerances.
Your daily tasks will include:
Laying up carbon fibre components accurately, working from engineering drawings and lay-up manuals
Trimming, bagging, and preparing parts for autoclave curing
Conducting quality inspections to ensure parts meet strict standards
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Collaborating closely with engineers and team leads to meet production targets
What do I need to succeed?
Youre an experienced laminator with a strong track record in F1, motorsport, or aerospace composites. You pay close attention to detail and thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Essential skills and experience include:
Proven laminating experience in F1, motorsport, or aerospace
Solid knowledge of composite materials and lay-up techniques
Ability to consistently work night shifts and weekend days
Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail
Confident reading and interpreting technical drawings
A proactive team player with a flexible mindset
