We’re seeking a motivated and highly organised Project Coordinator to support our Special Project – Wind Division, working on exciting wind turbine installation projects

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate project scope, transport, crane, and installation crew requirements
Review subcontractor claims, prepare variations, and support payment processes
Assist with scheduling, programme updates, and reporting
Manage project documentation, QA records, and progress tracking
Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams in a professional manner
Support health and safety compliance and contribute to a positive safety culture
maintain accurate project documents & reporting
What you'll bring
Minimum 2 years’ project management or coordination experience (construction, wind farm, or similar preferred)
Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail
Confident using Microsoft Office and project management software
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
“Can do” attitude, able to work well under pressure
Full NZ driver’s licence and ability to pass a pre-employment drug, alcohol, and medical test
