1. Pharmacy Manager - Community Pharmacy
2. Location: Hampshire
3. Salary: IRO £70,000 per annum (depending on experience)
4. Working Hours: 40-47 hours per week
Pharmacy Manager to lead a busy and well-established community pharmacy dispensing approximately 14,500 items per month. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded pharmacist who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care while driving business growth and service development.
Key Responsibilities
5. Lead and manage the pharmacy team to ensure the safe and efficient delivery of services
6. Deliver and expand locally and nationally commissioned NHS services
7. Provide private clinical services including vaccinations and PGD services
8. Drive service uptake and KPI performance
9. Identify opportunities to increase prescription items and grow the business
10. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and professional standards
11. Foster a strong patient-focused culture within the pharmacy
About You
12. GPhC registered Pharmacist
13. Minimum 3 years' post-qualification experience
14. Previous Pharmacy Manager or leadership experience essential
15. Proven track record of increasing prescription items and service delivery
16. Business-minded with the ability to grow profitability and services
17. Passionate about community pharmacy and patient care
18. Confident delivering both NHS and private clinical services
