Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sous Chef, based in Southampton. The Senior Sous Chef will support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, quality control, and coordination of kitchen staff. Responsibilities include maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene, training team members, overseeing inventory management, and ensuring well-organized execution during service. The role also involves contributing to creative menu development and ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional culinary experiences.

* Strong culinary skills in food preparation, cooking techniques, and plating presentation
* Knowledge of food safety regulations and hygiene practices

* Ability to maintain composure under pressure
* Culinary training or degree and experience in high-quality dining or catering environments preferred
