Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver high-quality French and Spanish lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 Assess student progress and adapt lessons to meet diverse learning needs Promote a positive and inclusive classroom environment Support pupils in developing confidence in spoken and written language Work collaboratively within a supportive MFL department Contribute to curriculum development and enrichment opportunities Engage in regular CPD and school-wide initiatives Qualifications and Experience Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Degree in French, Spanish, or a related subject Experience teaching both languages up to KS4 A passion for language teaching and cross-cultural education Strong classroom and behaviour management skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities School Staff Direct and our partner school are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
