Job Overview
This is a rare opportunity within the charity sector for a CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualified accountant to join a finance team during a period of transition. The role has the potential to progress into Finance Director within the next three years.
Responsibilities
* Preparing Monthly and Yearly Management Accounts for multiple entities.
* Completing variance analysis and commentary.
* Forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling.
* Process and procedure improvement.
* Managing the month‑end process including balance sheet reconciliations, accruals, and prepayments.
* Quarterly VAT returns.
* Other ad‑hoc duties when required.
Qualifications
Ideal candidates are qualified CIMA/ACCA/ACA with experience in management accounts or financial management. You should have the ability to operate at Board level and be part of the Executive Team.
