* Processing high volumes of supplier invoices accurately and efficiently
* Matching invoices to purchase orders and resolving discrepancies
* Managing supplier statements and ensuring accounts are fully reconciled
* Handling queries from suppliers and internal teams with professionalism
* Supporting month-end processes and reporting
* Maintaining accurate financial records in line with company procedures
What you'll need to succeed
* Experience in a purchase ledger or accounts payable role
* Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach
* Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to work to deadlines and manage competing priorities
* Good IT skills, including Excel and finance systems
* A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn
