Associate level Building Surveyor required to join an ambitious central Manchester consultancy. You will hold a senior role within the team, helping with the day to day management of the team, mentor junior members of staff through APC. Any previous Business development experience will be advantageous although, you won't have specific targets to meet. Operating within the projects team, you'll work on a variety of fit-out schemes to £3m Typical projects include, travel agents, offices, industrial units, retail units. The role would suit a senior/principal level surveyor looking to progress up the career ladder.
