As a Senior HR leader, the HR Cluster Lead is accountable for shaping and executing human resources strategy across a cluster of countries within the EMEA region. This role partners closely with Strategic Business partners, business leaders, HR Centers of Expertise (CoEs), and HR Operations to drive transformation, foster a high-performance culture, and ensure alignment between global initiatives and local execution.Operating in a complex, matrixed environment, the HR Cluster Lead delivers expert guidance on all aspects of HR management-spanning strategic workforce planning, talent development, organizational design, and employee relations-while navigating local labor laws and labor relations frameworks. The role combines operational leadership with strategic influence, facilitating innovation and continuous improvement across both commercial and manufacturing organizations.
