Sitting within the community and marketing team, the community manager will make sure that all our members are engaging with the Enterprise Nation platform and that we’re effectively matching small businesses with the resources they need.
Our ideal candidate is an experienced account manager who has strong attention to detail and can communicate effectively to external and internal stakeholders in a clear and trusted manner. They are passionate about small business, have strong interpersonal skills, and have experience working in a customer facing role before.
Roles and responsibilities:
7. Provide best-in-class customer support to a vibrant and active community of trusted business advisers and small businesses
8. Own administration processes within our CRM database for members, including making accurate contact record changes and marketing update requests
9. Support small businesses and by answering queries through our central inbox and live chat to include signposting to resources and areas of the platform that will further support their business aspirations
10. Deliver a seamless onboarding experience for members and regularly check data to see if members are actively engaged with the platform and making the most of their membership
11. Working effectively with other departments to attract new members through community outreach and testimonial gathering
12. Collaborate with the content team to source relevant value-add content for members to be profiled and showcased in case studies
13. Work closely with the platform and engineering team to ensure user journeys effectively connect small businesses looking for support with advisers or mentors who offer that support
14. Represent Enterprise Nation and championing the brand at in-person or at online events
15. Supporting the wider team on administrative tasks such as team building days, transport bookings, and other adhoc tasks
Skills and experience:
Essential
16. Previous role in a customer facing or community management position
17. Highly motivated and able to deliver on programme KPIs and manage partner expectations
18. Highly organised and focused, with great attention to detail
19. Collaborative team player, with strong time management and organisation
20. Excellent written and verbal communication
21. Competent in full MS Office and CRM systems
22. Able to think creatively to solve problems
23. Able to respond efficiently to partners and members
24. Able to triage obligations and prioritise tasks
Desirable
25. Knowledge of Freshdesk or a similar ticketing system
26. Experience using Power BI
