As a Service Coordinator, you will be a vital link between customers and our service team, ensuring seamless communication and efficient resolution of issues. Utilizing core skills in computer proficiency, administrative expertise, and exceptional phone etiquette, you will coordinate service requests, schedule appointments, and maintain accurate records.

  • sProcessing Customers Enquiries / Order
  • sQuotes and Pro-Forma Invoice
  • sEnsure all Jobs are Picke
  • dProcessing Completed Service Job Sheet
  • sScanning / Filing & Completion of Document

  • s.Run the service schedule on S
  • APCollate into postcode order and create list to work fro
  • m.Consult with Depot Manager & Coordinator and plan work accordingl
  • y.Booking in with customer, overcoming objections where necessary, selling servi
  • ceCreate job sheets / waste transfer notes & sales order
  • s.Record in the diary & / or outlook calenda
  • r.Check parts are in stock and where necessary order parts or liaise with purchasi
  • ngProcessing the returned job sheets and converting the sales order to a delivery not
  • e.Close service calls and ensure the next service date is correct on the equipment car
  • d.Report to service manager remedial works required and quote accordingly upon further instruction
  • s.Contact customer for remedial works after quotation has been submitted, continue to chas
  • e.Weekly scanning / filing of job sheets and waste transfer note
  • s.Daily look at the customer ‘Credit Hold’ report and identify possible service calls this will affec
  • t.Processing supplier warranty claim
  • s.Sourcing parts for service visits / remedial works by obtaining a quote from supplier; then quoting the custome
  • r.Monitoring arrival of parts and scheduling work accordingl
