The Role:
* Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with SEMH needs.
* Help children develop emotional regulation, social skills, and confidence.
* Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals to deliver tailored interventions.
* Create a safe, nurturing, and structured environment that promotes positive choices.
* Support behaviour management while encouraging growth and independence.

The Ideal Candidate Will:
* Have experience supporting children with SEMH or behavioural needs.
* Show empathy, resilience, and consistency in their approach.
* Confidently use behaviour strategies and emotional support plans.
* Build trusting relationships with pupils, staff, and families.
* Hold relevant training (e.g. Team Teach, MAPA) – desirable but not essential. We provide TEAM TEACH training!

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
