The Work, Organisation and Management group is seeking to appoint a Lecturer for a 1-year, fixed term Teaching and Scholarship post (Grade 7 or Grade 8 depending on experience) to contribute to teaching within the subject areas of Human Resource Management and Organisational Behaviour. You will possess a PhD, or be in the final stages of completion, in Organisation Studies, Human Resource Management or related subjects. You will also be expected to demonstrate a successful teaching track record commensurate with the post as you will teach across both undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. The School seeks excellence in all aspects of the student experience and for individuals with a passion for innovative pedagogies and the capacity to deliver new and highly contemporary modules. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills together with the ability and enthusiasm to enhance student experience and employability are required skills for the post-holder. Knowledge of the particular needs of international students would be an advantage. Ability to guide and supervise students¿ independent learning is also an important requirement.
