Location: Marlow / Hybrid (2-3 days)

Experience: 7+ years (ideally Agency + B2B)


OVERVIEW

Define strategy and execution of B2B digital marketing activity for multiple retained clients across automotive, commercial vehicles, logistics and green technologies. Oversight of multi-channel paid campaigns across key platforms focusing on delivering MQLs into sales teams. Requires a balance of creativity, data literacy and commercial savvy. Opportunity to manage several direct reports — Paid Media Specialist, Content Specialist, Social Media Specialist.


WHAT TO EXPECT


1 — Paid media & campaigns

* Lead paid social strategy and execution across Meta, LinkedIn and TikTok, supported by Google and emerging platforms (Reddit, newer B2B environments) where the audience warrants it
* Take client briefs apart, improve them where appropriate, and build campaigns that have genuine impact
* Develop campaign messaging grounded in the language and concerns of specialist audiences — fleet operators, procurement leads, dealer networks
* Manage full-funnel campaign activity from brand awareness through demand generation to pipeline contribution
* Own and optimise six-figure budgets with structured testing frameworks and clear financial accountability


2 — Organic social & content

* Run organic social strategy across a portfolio of retained client accounts, ensuring paid and organic operate as a single integrated system
* Build content frameworks that reflect the technical and commercial realities of each client's sector
* Oversee community management, ensuring consistent, brand-appropriate engagement across all active profiles
* Coordinate content production across designers, developers and copywriters to deliver high-quality campaigns and product launches


3 — Web, CRM & digital delivery

* Make recommendations on client websites as campaign infrastructure — landing pages, user journeys, conversion paths
* Integrate CRM, email and website activations into broader campaign planning
* Lead SEO strategy alongside content teams
* Own the full digital delivery pipeline across web, content, CRM and advertising for your accounts


4 — Stakeholder & partner management

* Manage relationships with clients, internal teams and external agencies and partners
* Present campaign proposals, performance reports and strategic recommendations to senior client stakeholders
* Coordinate multi-market delivery where accounts operate across European headquarters and local UK marketing teams

* Proven B2B digital marketing experience, ideally in automotive, logistics, industrial or technical sectors
* Track record leading multi-channel campaigns across paid and organic

* Experience managing significant budgets with accountability for outcomes
* Data literacy that goes beyond dashboards — reads performance, draws conclusions, acts
* Leadership experience: recruiting, coaching, setting standards, celebrating growth
* A structured, curious approach to testing, experimentation and new channel development
