D&EE Shipping team member
Job Summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen to recruit a person into the D&EE shipping team based at the D2 facility.
The successful candidate will work as part of a team to contribute to our business objectives of warehousing RAMS test equipment, loading and unloading hardware, tooling, and SPTE, which are being delivered to or dispatched from the site. This is done via SAP and the CEVA matrix, operating in accordance with safety requirements and established procedures. These roles report directly to the Production Leader for the facility.

Key accountabilities include:
* Working with SAP (booking in and out)
* Keeping the local D&EE shipping register up to date
* Using the CEVA matrix to arrange shipments for the UK & EU
* Warehousing RAMs inventory hardware
* Holding a forklift licence up to 7 tons
* Tracking deliveries and owners, delivering materials and hardware across the site
* Working to set deadlines to meet performance targets and customer delivery commitments
* Ensuring packages are secure and correctly identified in a compliant manner
* Maintaining a clean and safe workplace environment
Key Skills & Qualifications
* A clean driving licence
* A forklift licence up to 7 tons
* PC literacy
* Flexible and adaptable mindset
* Willingness to develop new skills and undertake training
* Knowledge of lean principles and process basics
* Problem-solving skills
* Manual handling ability
* Knowledge of quality tools, systems, and procedures
* Ability to operate within time and cost constraints
* Good interpersonal skills
* Experience in a customer-focused, changeable environment
Additional Information
* Shift Pattern: 2 Shifts
* Monday to Thursday: 6am - 2pm & 2pm - 9:30pm
* Friday: 6am - 12pm & 12pm - 6pm
* Saturday: 6am - 2pm
