Job Overview
The Green Group are currently seeking a highly organised Social Media & Admin Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing all social media platforms, content creation, creating e-shots, videos and administrative support. You will play a key role in building online presence while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Progression is also available for the right candidate.
Your working hours will be Monday to Friday 10am - 5pm
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, create and schedule engaging content across all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Linked in etc.)
Monitor, respond and engage with online communities
Assist with general administrative duties including answering the telephone, respond to emails and working with our internal system
Coordinate with different departments
Maintain and update databases and reports
Ensure daily tasks are completed efficiently
Handle customer queries via telephone or email professionally and promptly
Any other adhoc tasks that are required
Requirements:
Proven experience in social media management
Proficiency with social media tools
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High level of attention to details
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Experience with all Microsoft packages
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £12.60 per hour
