Job Profile As the successful Quality Inspector, your main function will be to conduct all Quality Inspection duties in line with regulations and ensure all relevant documentation is kept up to date. Duties: Conduct all inspection duties, calibration, and relevant documentation associated with quality and inspection. Inspect precision machined parts in a low/medium volume manufacturing environment. Utilise general inspection equipment and demonstrate a good understanding of geometric tolerances. Perform calibration of measurement equipment and operate CMM equipment, including programming. Conduct patrol inspection, first off, and final inspection, adhering to First Article Inspection Reports to AS9102 Rev B standards. Maintain functional procedures and control monitoring and measuring devices. Collaborate with team members to ensure quality standards are met consistently. Skills & Attributes: Previous experience in precision machining inspection within the aerospace, automotive, or medical devices industry, preferably with geared products. Competent in the use of Microsoft Office applications. Familiarity with ISO 9001, TS 16949, and AS 9100 standards. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize tasks effectively. Attention to detail and commitment to quality. Engineering or manufacturing background preferred.
