The Role
Working a rotating 3-shift pattern, you'll balance practical, day-to-day operations with supporting and developing your team.

* Keep despatch on track by coordinating loads and vehicle movements
* Stay organised and proactive with forward planning
* Support your team with clear direction, coaching, and development
* Take ownership of shift performance, reporting, and standards
