Assistant Client Accountant Location: London, Knightsbridge
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent (5 Days per Week in office)
As an Assistant Client Accountant, you will be supporting the team in accurate and efficient management of client accounts, financial transactions, and reporting. Your role will involve working closely with client accountants, property managers, clients, and internal stakeholders to maintain financial integrity, provide excellent customer service, and support the overall financial health of the company.

Client Account Management: Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date client accounts, ensuring timely and accurate recording of financial transactions.
Service Charge Management: Assist in the reconciliation of service charges
Assist in invoicing and financial reporting : Generate and issue invoices to clients, reconcile accounts, and prepare accurate financial reports for management review.
Debt Collection: Assist in the monitoring and follow up on outstanding payments, manage debt recovery processes, and provide professional and efficient resolution of payment-related queries and disputes.
Financial Analysis : Assist in the analyse of client accounts and financial data to identify trends, potential risks, and opportunities for improvement.
Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and cash flow forecasts for clients, providing insights and recommendations to support financial planning.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates on account status, addressing queries, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, legal requirements, and industry regulations related to client accounting and financial operations.
Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance client accounting processes, implement best practices, and contribute to the continuous improvement of financial operations.
Collaboration: Work closely with property managers, finance team members, and other stakeholders to ensure effective coordination and communication regarding client accounts.
ACCA, CIMA) will be advantageous.
Familiarity with commercial clients will be beneficial.
Excellent numerical and analytical abilities, with the capability to interpret financial data, perform reconciliations, and provide accurate financial insights.
Relationship Building: Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accurate processing of invoices, financial records, and client accounts.
IT Skills: Proficiency in using accounting software, Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel), and other relevant software applications.
