Salary: £80,000 - 90,000 per year Requirements: 3 years experience in IT Operations, Technical Support, or GRC-focused roles Practical understanding of ISO27001, able to support related processes, documentation, and audit readiness Familiarity with DORA (Digital Operational Resilience Act) or similar regulatory frameworks Experience with MDM (Mobile Device Management) solutions and a strong technical grounding Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Comfortable working across technical and non-technical teams Experience supporting operational processes in a growing or fast-paced environment Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset Responsibilities: Support and drive governance, risk, and compliance initiatives, including ISO27001 and related operational frameworks Assist with the coordination of DORA readiness and wider regulatory alignment across technical operations Manage IT lifecycle processes, including hardware procurement, provisioning, onboarding, offboarding, and recovery Maintain accurate documentation, evidence logs, and internal records to support audit readiness Support the use and management of MDM solutions across company devices Coordinate with internal teams to translate compliance requirements into practical operational processes Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers, ensuring quality, value, and timely delivery Help design efficient internal workflows that improve security and operational consistency without slowing down delivery Contribute to continuous improvement across IT operations, governance, and internal systems Technologies: Backbone Hardware Support Mobile Security More: We are a high-growth startup that is a leader in our industry and are excited to expand our high-performing technical team.
