Job Title: Lecturer – Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)

Location: Uxbridge

Salary: £32,000 - £45,000

Job Type: Part-time or Full-time (Flexible availability)

We’re looking for a committed and experienced SEND Lecturer to join our college team in London. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about inclusive education and supporting learners with a range of special educational needs and disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

* Inclusive Teaching: Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons tailored to students with SEND, ensuring accessibility and progress for all learners.
* Curriculum Development: Contribute to the design and delivery of programmes that meet the diverse needs of students, including Functional Skills and vocational pathways.
* Collaborative Support: Work closely with Learning Support Assistants, SENCOs, and external professionals to provide holistic support and effective learning strategies.
* Safeguarding & Wellbeing: Promote a safe, respectful, and nurturing learning environment, with a strong commitment to safeguarding and student welfare.
* Enrichment Activities: Support students during activity days and educational trips, encouraging independence and social development.
