In this rewarding position, you'll play a vital role in supporting students with complex needs through tailored learning strategies, consistent structure, and emotional support. Whether you're experienced in SEN or looking to grow your expertise, we’d love to connect.
Key Responsibilities Include:
1. Providing personalised 1:1 and small group support for pupils with EHCPs
2. Aiding with communication, sensory regulation, and behaviour strategies
3. Encouraging a positive, structured environment that supports student success
4. Working collaboratively with teaching staff, therapists, and families
5. Supporting a nurturing space where every child feels safe and valued
