We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 3 Primary Teacher to join our friendly and supportive school community from April 2026. This is an exciting opportunity for a committed practitioner to play a key role in supporting pupils as they transition into Key Stage 2 and continue their learning journey.
The successful candidate will be passionate about delivering high-quality teaching, creating an engaging classroom environment, and ensuring every child is supported to achieve their full potential.

* Plan and deliver creative and effective lessons in line with the Key Stage 2 National Curriculum
* Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
* Assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress
* Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils
* Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents
* Contribute to wider school life, events, and extracurricular activities
* Maintain high standards of behaviour and safeguarding
Person Specification
Essential
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience teaching within a primary school setting
* Strong knowledge of the Key Stage 2 curriculum
* Excellent classroom management skills
* Ability to inspire and motivate young learners
* Commitment to safeguarding and pupil wellbeing
Desirable
* Experience teaching Year 3 or lower Key Stage 2
* Evidence of curriculum planning and assessment strategies
* Experience working with SEND or EAL pupils
* Willingness to contribute to extracurricular activities
