Job Title: Head of Occupational Health / Occupational Health Lead Location: Hybrid (60% onsite / 40% remote) Contract: Full Time, Permanent About the Role We are seeking an experienced and driven Occupational Health professional to lead and shape our Occupational Health service. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a well-established department, lead a small team, and make a meaningful impact on employee health, wellbeing, and organisational performance. Depending on experience, the role can be appointed at Lead or Head of Occupational Health level, with scope to combine both clinical leadership and strategic direction.
