We have an exciting opportunity for AREA LEADER to join Our Team at Ruskington site on the following shift:
* PM Shift (flexibility required)
We specialise in Snacking Products which include Scotch Eggs, cocktail sausages, mini filled bites and seasonal products.
You will help shape and structure your department. This will include overseeing the management and smooth running of your area.
You will look to align and maintain capacity, efficiency, yields and quality to meet market demand as well as exciting growth targets for the Site. You will lead the Team and support with the co-ordination of the workflow between departments, monitoring and improving processes as required, ensuring on time deliver, exceptional quality levels and customer service coupled with the mindset and aptitude to deliver change and results.
