Key Responsibilities: Leading audit engagements from planning to completion for a varied portfolio of UK and international clients. Ensuring audits are conducted in accordance with IFRS standards. Managing and mentoring audit teams, providing guidance and support to junior staff. Developing and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for client queries. Reviewing audit work papers and ensuring that audit files are completed to a high standard. Assisting in business development activities, including proposals and presentations to potential clients. Keeping up to date with changes in auditing standards and regulations, and ensuring the audit team is informed and trained on these changes. Key Requirements: Proven experience in an audit role, with a significant portion of this experience focused on IFRS. Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent). Strong technical knowledge of IFRS and auditing standards. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Ability to manage multiple audit engagements simultaneously. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with clients and team members. High level of attention to detail and commitment to quality.
