We are seeking an Administrator to join our investor reporting team who will support the preparation of investor reports, maintain accurate and up-to-date data within our CRM and internal systems, and assist with the management of key legal files and documents. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of data that underpins our reporting to investors and our internal decision-making. We’re looking for a business-focused administrator with exceptional attention to detail, strong IT and data-handling skills, and the confidence to quickly learn new systems. Success in this role will depend on your ability to communicate clearly, build positive working relationships at all levels, and proactively follow up on outstanding information. As a small and fast-paced venture capital firm, we work collaboratively across teams to respond to peaks in workload. A positive attitude, adaptability, and customer-focused approach will help you quickly become a valued member of the team. KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY: Support Investor Reporting (Quarterly reports) Contribute and prepare the delivery of Quarterly Reports to investors. Gather financial and operational data from portfolio companies, developing an understanding of venture capital and portfolio performance. Collaborate closely with the Investment Team — including Partners, Associates and Investment Managers — to collect and manage reporting inputs. Assist with the creation, editing and quality review of investor-ready reports. Input, update and maintain data accurately to support clear and effective reporting. Update Business Systems and Excel files to ensure information is current and reliable. Document & Business Systems Data Entry & Management: Manage accurate data entry across business systems, ensuring records are complete, consistent and up-to-date. Manage documentation and information files for deals, prospective investments and portfolio companies, including contact details and key business data. Support high-quality internal and external reporting by ensuring data integrity across all systems. Produce clear, accurate management information on request — such as investor lists or portfolio company contacts — supporting decision-making across the firm. General administrative and office support Provide administrative support to the wider team, helping ensure smooth day-to-day operations Provide administrative support at external marketing and Investor events Contribute and assist with ad hoc tasks as needed e.g. annual filings, reports, surveys PERSONAL SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS Degree qualified or equivalent experience A team player with a friendly professional manner and a pro-active can-do attitude Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work to tight timescales, without losing focus on the detail and compromising on accuracy. Competent with Microsoft Office with an aptitude and keen interest to learn, grasp and use new technology. Highly organised, calm under pressure and able to prioritise workload effectively. Customer Focused – able to provide a high level of customer service both internally and externally, always representing Amadeus in a professional manner. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Fluency in English is essential, Able to build good working relationships at all levels within the organisation.
