The Role
We are looking for reliable, professional, and customer-focused
Official Valets
to join our growing team. As the first and last point of contact for our customers, you will provide a warm welcome, handle their vehicles with care, and make sure their airport journey begins and ends seamlessly. You'll also carry out high-quality valeting services, ensuring vehicles are returned to customers in pristine condition.
Key Responsibilities
* Greet customers at the airport terminal with professionalism and courtesy.
* Safely drive and park customer vehicles at our secure compound.
* Carry out accurate vehicle checks and complete all required documentation.
* Clean and valet customer vehicles to the highest standards.
* Deliver excellent customer service, including assisting with luggage when required.
* Maintain clear communication with the team for smooth handovers.
* Ensure all vehicles are treated with the highest level of care.
What We're Looking For
* Full UK driving licence (held for at least 2 years, with a clean record preferred).
* Confident driving ability, with experience in a variety of vehicles (manual & automatic).
* Previous valeting or vehicle cleaning experience is desirable but not essential (training provided).
* Professional, well-presented, and customer service orientated.
* Trustworthy, reliable, and punctual.
* Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
