JOB TITLE: In-house Counsel (Part-time) PQE REQUIRED: 10 years LOCATION: Sutton Coldfield, West Midlands (Hybrid) SALARY: £80K - 100K (FTE) We’re offering a rare and exciting opportunity for an experienced legal professional on a Part-time basis. As the sole legal advisor to the business, you will provide end-to-end legal support and oversight across all areas, including: Advising on procurement, commercial contracts, and ongoing operational matters Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of contracts Overseeing employment contract matters Leading major project contract reviews and ensuring compliance Managing and resolving contractual disputes This is a strategic role suited to a self-sufficient, commercially-minded lawyer who thrives on autonomy and is comfortable acting as the primary legal point of contact for the business. THE CANDIDATE: The successful In-house Counsel will have: Demonstrable experience in identifying and mitigating/harnessing risks and opportunities. Experienced in partnering with business partners, including finance, sales, HR, product strategy, sustainability, marketing and business operations across a wide range of stakeholders.
