Annual salary of £26,805 (FTE) Permanent role Full-time (37 hours) St Helens office base, hybrid working Please Note: We are not using recruitment agencies for this position. Proposed Interview Date: W/C 3rd November 2025 The role As a Project Planner, you will play a key role in the operational planning, scheduling, and compliance delivery of ECO4 and wider funded retrofit projects, including PV and renewables installations. You will make sure all works are programmed efficiently, customer journeys are managed properly, and compliance with funding, technical, and quality standards is maintained at every stage. The role supports Project Managers in coordinating survey, design, and installation phases, ensuring works are sequenced, resourced, and evidenced in line with PAS 2035, MCS, Trust Mark, and client and funder requirements. Strong communication skills and a can-do attitude are essential, as you will be in regular contact with customers, surveyors, and delivery teams to keep projects moving smoothly. The right fit You have experience in project administration and scheduling or planning within construction, retrofit or renewables. Working knowledge of ECO4, PAS 2035 and MCS requirements. You’re proficient with Microsoft Office such as Excel, SharePoint, Teams and tracking tools. You have strong organisational skills and can prioritise your own workload. Understanding of data compliance, audit and evidence management. Strong communication skills both written and verbal. You have a positive can-do attitude to work and can work in a fast-paced environment.
