Role Overview
We are seeking a Junior / Graduate Interior Designer to join our team on a full-time, permanent contract, subject to a 4-month probation period, with a salary of £25,000 per annum. This is an entry-level position.
The successful candidate will work closely with a Senior Designer, supporting the development of bathroom layouts, 3D visualisations, and client presentations.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Senior Designer with the creation of bespoke bathroom layouts and spatial plans
Produce 3D visualisations to support design concepts and client proposals
Prepare presentation materials, mood boards, and design documentation
Create sales quotations in line with approved designs and specifications
Support client meetings and consultations, both in-studio and remotely
Assist with organising design files, specifications, and project documentation
Liaise with internal team members to ensure designs align with project requirements
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
A strong interest in interior design, with a particular focus on residential spaces
A good visual eye, creativity, and an understanding of spatial planning
Experience using 3D and CAD software such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, Archicad, or similar
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Confidence communicating with clients and presenting design ideas
A collaborative attitude and willingness to learn within a small team environment
Qualifications & Experience
Degree (or final-year study) in Interior Design or a related discipline
Portfolio demonstrating design thinking, visualisation skills, and relevant project work.
