This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Service Manager, Workshop Manager or Aftersales Manager looking to take ownership of a busy service operation within a stable and growing business.

The Role
As Automotive Service and Workshop Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the service department, managing a team of 8 field service engineers alongside workshop activities at the company's depot.
You will coordinate servicing, maintenance, repairs and breakdown activities, ensuring engineers are deployed efficiently while maintaining excellent levels of customer service.
The role will involve regular communication with customers, engineers, suppliers and internal departments, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
You will also oversee the maintenance and availability of the company's hire fleet, workshop operations, health & safety compliance and overall service performance.
Reporting directly to the Operations Director, this position offers a high level of responsibility and autonomy within a respected and growing business. xsngvjr

We're Looking For
Previous experience in a Service Manager, Workshop Manager or Aftersales Management role
Experience managing engineers, technicians or workshop teams
Strong planning, scheduling and organisational skills
Ability to prioritise workloads and manage customer expectations
Good commercial awareness and problem-solving ability
Knowledge of workshop health & safety requirements
Strong communication and leadership skills
