We are looking for a passionate and driven Housekeeping Supervisor to join our wonderful team at Monarch House delivering excellent standards and memorable experiences for our guests.
What you'll do:
* Work closely with the Housekeeping Management Team to ensure the smooth running of the departments
* Focus on checking guest bedrooms to ensure high standard of cleanliness are maintained
* Supervise, mentor and develop the Room Attendants assigned to your section
* Conduct training and ensure hotel policies and procedures, including health and safety requirements, are adhered to
* Assist with the management of stock, reporting loss, discrepancies and order requirements
* Pay special attention to any additional cleaning or maintenance required in all rooms, including areas specific to outside contractors (such as window cleaning)
Who you are:
* Minimum of 1 year's experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor in a 4/5* property
* Excellent spoken and written English
* Polite, professional, friendly and confident in approach
* Able to work 5 days out of 7, and may be required to work different shifts
* IT literate, comfortable working with Opera and Triton
* Well-organised, and able to remain calm under pressure
