Overview:
* Earn a basic salary ranging from £37,000 to £40,000
* OTE uncapped

Responsibilities:
* Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with candidates in the Mortgage & Protection market, considering their experience as first-time self-employed advisors or established professionals seeking a stronger proposition. You should already have access to some of these contacts from day one.
* Identifying suitable candidates: Use indirect and direct approaches, screen candidates, and secure interviews for our Sales Management team.
* Maintaining internal systems: Track progress according to company standards.
* Using LinkedIn Recruiter and other job boards: Map candidates effectively.
* Reporting: Provide outcomes and results to senior management.
Essential Requirements:
* At least 3 years of recruitment experience within an internal recruiter or agency role.
* Experience in Financial Services Recruitment.
* Exceptional sales record with access to prospects interested in joining from day one.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to build candidate relationships.
* Ambitious, driven, and passionate about delivering outstanding service.
* Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to achieve key objectives.
* Strong IT skills.
* Right to live and work in the UK (evidence required).
* Valid and full UK Driving Licence.
* Educated to at least A Level standard.
Desired Requirements:
* Experience recruiting Self-Employed Mortgage & Protection Advisors.
* Deep industry knowledge of the Mortgage & Protection sector is highly advantageous.
