The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will have: Relevant qualifications in Quantity Surveying or Cost Planning (degree or equivalent). Proven experience working for a residential developer or main contractor within the UK construction industry. Strong background in timber frame and traditional build projects. Commercial acumen with excellent cost management and reporting skills. A steady work history and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
