With exciting growth across the UK and Europe, they are now seeking an experienced and well-connected Head of Event & Sports Partnerships to spearhead expansion and drive high-value partnerships.
The Role
This is a senior commercial role for an industry leader with a strong network in sports, music, and entertainment. The successful candidate will build and manage strategic partnerships with rights holders, venues, and event organizers, while driving adoption of the client's platform across high-profile events and stadiums.
Key Responsibilities
* Build and close strategic partnerships with sports leagues, stadiums, festivals, and entertainment companies.
* Identify and secure new opportunities across the UK and European markets.
* Leverage existing networks in sports, music, and live events to accelerate adoption.
* Drive revenue through licensing, sponsorship integrations, and brand activations.
* Represent the client at conferences, trade shows, and industry panels.
* Collaborate with global teams to deliver impactful proposals and client success stories.
Candidate Profile
* 10+ years' experience in partnerships, business development, or commercial leadership within
sports, music, entertainment, or live events.
* Proven track record of securing and scaling major partnerships.
* Strong, active relationships with key stakeholders across the UK and European entertainment ecosystem.
* Ability to combine strategic vision with execution in a fast-growth environment.
* Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
* Budgeting and Sales skills
* Proven leadership and team management experience
* Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
* Understanding of the health and wellness industry is advantageous
