The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of experienced reward equity professionals and advising business leaders regarding reward equity/bonus policy development and implementation, process design and documentation, and payroll compliance, particularly for internationally mobile individuals.
The Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
1. Lead a team of experienced reward equity professionals;
2. Provide expert advice on reward equity/bonus policy development, implementation, process design, documentation, and payroll compliance;
3. Lead global tax compliance strategies and solutions for employer reporting and withholding on incentive compensation, especially for internationally mobile individuals;
4. Manage cross-border equity and cash income tax and social security calculation compliance and consulting services, leveraging technology;
5. Prepare global payroll reports to help clients meet reporting and withholding obligations on long-term incentive awards for internationally mobile individuals, such as RSUs, share options, and cash bonuses.
The Person:
Experience in reward equity within a corporate or consulting environment is essential.
Additional experience in global mobility, compensation, and/or taxation is highly desirable.
Proven leadership as a people manager.
Strong time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent customer and client relationship skills, with a commitment to high service standards.
