Job Description
This Real Estate department was built to meet the needs of ambitious dealmakers. It offers a one-stop shop for property services-from acquisition and planning through to construction, disposal and asset management. The team is deeply embedded in both the corporate and private wealth worlds, and is known for its practical, commercial approach to getting deals done.You'll be joining a team that leads industry discussions on regulation and technological change, and leverages proptech tools-from automation and visualisation to AI and structured databases-to deliver faster, smarter solutions.
3. Advise on a wide range of transactions including acquisitions, disposals, and lease negotiations for landlords and tenants.
4. Assist with department-wide transactions, including drafting certificates and reports.
5. Draft and negotiate transaction documents and carry out due diligence.
The Successful Applicant
6. 0-3 years' PQE gained at a recognised law firm.
7. Strong academic background.
8. Solid foundation in commercial real estate, including sales, acquisitions, leases and financing.
9. Excellent drafting and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
