Vehicle Paint Technician

Established in 1996, we support customers to rationalise and decarbonise fleets, save money, and improve efficiency by reducing “Vehicle Off Road” (VOR) time.
Who we are looking for
* Experienced in commercial vehicle painting (Vehicle Paint Technician, HGV Painter, Specialist Vehicle Painter, Municipal Vehicle Painter, Vehicle Paint Sprayer, LCV Paint Sprayer)
* Knowledge of paint products and colour mixing
* 2‑Pack & metallic paint experience
* Good vehicle preparation before painting
* Basic panel repair process knowledge
* Painting & re‑finishing of LCV or HGV bodywork
* Ability to follow instructions and technical data
* Sense of urgency – prioritise and meet deadlines
* Multi‑tasking and organisational skills
* Proactive with strong attention to detail
Key duties
* Preparation of HGVs and LCVs for painting
* Carry out HGV and LCV re‑paint & re‑finishing
* Maintain a high standard of workmanship
* Ensure materials used are appropriate for the task
* Complete all necessary paperwork recording time and materials used
* Ensure appropriate PPE worn and always maintained
* Keep workspace tidy
* Always follow Health & Safety guidelines
* Efficient use of all materials used in the repair & painting process
* High standards of quality
