Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality care and support to clients in line with their individual support plans.
* Mentor and supervise junior support staff, providing guidance and training when needed.
* Develop and maintain accurate and comprehensive records of client interactions and support provided.
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals and families to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
* Facilitate engaging activities that promote independence, socialization, and well-being for clients.
* Assess and monitor changes in clients\' needs and adjust support plans accordingly.
* Participate in team meetings, contributing ideas and feedback to enhance service delivery.
Requirements
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in a support worker role, preferably in a senior or leadership capacity.
* Relevant qualifications in Health and Social Care or a related field.
* Strong understanding of person-centered care principles and practices.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
* Proven ability to work effectively within a team environment and to lead by example.
* Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail in record-keeping and reporting.
* Commitment to ongoing professional development and training in the care sector.

End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £16.62
