Farm Manager
Due to the retirement of our long-standing Farm Manager, we are seeking an enthusiastic and committed individual to oversee the day-to-day running of the strawberry and blueberry production at our Brierley farm in Marden. The Ideal candidate to have FMCG farm management experience having managed a large and diverse work force.
As Farm Manager, you will inspire and direct a dedicated operational team focused on producing high-quality crops that meet the expectations of our customers. Timely and efficient execution of all farm activities is essential, along with maintaining strict adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards. A strong commercial mindset and the ability to plan, prioritise, and adapt will be vital.

Proven experience managing operational or farm teams in FMCG or similar environments and scale.
Flexibility and good understanding of crop behaviour, growing cycles, and farm operations.
Strong commitment to health & safety and regulatory compliance. NEBOSH

Confident using IT systems and data analysis tools
