We're currently recruiting for an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead a high-profile project based in Kent.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in heavy reinforced concrete (RC) structures. You'll be overseeing complex construction activities involving large-scale RC works, such as:
Basements and substructures
Bridge structures and viaducts
Retaining walls and foundations
RC frames for high-rise or industrial buildings
Civil engineering works in infrastructure or transport sectors
✅ Key Requirements:
Proven track record managing heavy RC projects from pre-construction to delivery
Strong knowledge of formwork, rebar detailing, and concrete pour sequences
Experience working with Tier 1 or specialist subcontractors in civil engineering or major build projects
Ability to manage health & safety, site logistics, and project teams
