The Role
In this role, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable AI systems using machine learning and data-driven approaches. You'll integrate ML models into production-ready AI solutions while collaborating closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams. Monitor and optimise model performance, contribute to AI architecture and deployment, and stay current with the latest AI/ML research and technologies.

* You bring practical experience designing, training, and evaluating machine learning models, including deep learning and statistical optimisation.

* You have hands-on experience with LLM operations and agentic AI tools such as GPT-5, LangChain, and vector databases.
* You understand MLOps, including deployment, monitoring, and CI/CD pipelines, and can effectively communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
