Customer Service Administrator Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm No Sales!
We are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join our Redditch based client on a permanent basis.
My client, a national organisation and a market leader in their field have a full time opportunity for a Customer Service Administrator to join their team.
Supporting thesmooth running of projects taking place within customers properties, you will liaise with customers, contractors and project managers on a daily basis, ensuring any issues are dealt with in a timely manner and providing regular updates to customers throughout their project.
Duties will include:
Provide excellent customer service at all times, demonstrating understanding and empathy
Be the customers main point of contact during their installation
Make daily outbound calls to customers and contractors, proactively responding to any issues that may arise
Liaise with project managers as and when required
Work towards and achieve targets, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Log service calls and issues
Accurately update systems and reports
Monitor and track status of allocated installations
Ensure outstanding balances are collected from customers when work is complete
Ensure complaints are resolved quickly
Be positive and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and customers using a variety of methods including phone calls, emails and letters
We are looking for customer service driven individual with strong communication skills and the ability to show empathy to customers. You will be organised with good attention to detail and a positive approach to solving problems.
My client offers a competitive salary of £24k plus bonus with realistic earnings exceeding £30k, regular team incentives, office working hours (Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm) and extra leave for your birthday!
